We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced 310T licensed mechanic to join our growing team in Windsor. You will play a key role in maintaining and repairing our diverse fleet, ensuring smooth project execution and optimal equipment performance. Perform routine maintenance and inspections on all heavy trucks and trailers, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake checks, and other preventative measures. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical problems accurately, including issues with diesel engines, hydraulic systems, brakes, and electrical components. Repair and replace faulty parts efficiently, utilizing proper tools and procedures and adhering to safety regulations. Maintain detailed records of all work performed, ensuring accurate documentation for compliance and future maintenance planning. Conduct inspections to identify potential problems before they escalate, ensuring the safe and reliable operation of our fleet. Collaborate with team members to prioritize work orders and complete tasks efficiently, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Stay informed and updated on the latest technologies and trends in heavy truck and trailer maintenance. Perform additional duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the maintenance team.

310T mechanic license in good standing from the Ministry of Transportation of Ontario. Minimum of 3 years of experience working on heavy trucks and trailers in a construction environment. Demonstrated knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, brakes, electrical components, and other relevant systems. Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, capable of identifying and resolving complex mechanical issues. Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with tools and equipment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, contributing to a positive and productive work environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, effectively collaborating with colleagues and supervisors. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for repairs and maintenance. Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate repairs and maintenance.
