Assembly Supervisor – Second Shift

Lead a dynamic assembly team at Focal Point and help drive safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement on our second shift. In this hands-on leadership role, you'll coach and develop team members, oversee daily production operations, and partner with management to ensure operational excellence.
