Maintenance Mechanic

Legrand is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to support its Wiremold manufacturing team in West Hartford, CT. This role is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment, facility systems, and building structures to ensure safe and efficient operations. Key duties include preventive maintenance, equipment fabrication, basic welding, machine setup and operation, building repairs, and maintaining clean, organized work areas following 5S standards. The position also involves recording equipment performance data, identifying and reporting issues, adhering to OSHA and company safety requirements, and training team members as needed.
