Warehouse Team Lead

The Warehouse Team Lead provides day-to-day leadership and support to frontline warehouse employees, helping ensure safe, efficient, and organized operations. This role leads by example, motivates team members to achieve productivity and quality goals, assists with employee training, and serves as a subject matter expert across warehouse functions. Responsibilities include coordinating workflow, communicating priorities between management and staff, maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counting and root cause analysis, supporting warehouse organization and 5S standards, and utilizing warehouse systems to manage inventory transactions. The Team Lead also helps communicate safety requirements, supports performance management processes, facilitates Tier 2 board meetings, and promotes a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with proven leadership skills and a commitment to operational excellence.
