Finance Leader Development Program Associate

Legrand’s Financial Leadership Development Program (FLDP) is a three-year rotational program for recent Finance and Accounting graduates. Participants complete three finance rotations across multiple business units, gaining hands-on experience, leadership development, and mentorship while building a foundation for future finance leadership roles. Candidates must be willing to relocate within the U.S. throughout the program.
