Assembler

The Assembler is responsible for assembling, testing, modifying, and calibrating electrical components and light fixtures using blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, assembly drawings, and verbal instructions. This role involves aligning and assembling parts such as wires, leads, coils, terminals, and connectors into completed fixtures. Assemblers route and lace cables, install electrical components, connect circuitry to power sources, and attach hardware as required. They inspect components for visual and operational defects, perform testing to verify functionality and performance, troubleshoot issues, replace defective parts or wiring, and make necessary adjustments. The position requires attention to detail, adherence to specifications, and the ability to ensure all products meet quality and safety standards prior to completion.
