The Test Technician supports new product development and continuous improvement by conducting design verification, reliability, and performance testing on products, components, and systems. This role sets up and operates test equipment, records and documents test data and results, and ensures compliance with company standards and safety regulations. Responsibilities include maintaining test equipment and work areas, supporting 3D printing operations, performing basic fabrication and prototype modifications, loading and unloading materials, assisting with facility maintenance, and supporting testing at external laboratories. The position requires attention to detail, technical aptitude, and a commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
