About The Role

Plan, coordinate, and perform music for Catholic worship services and special events
Select music in accordance with the Catholic liturgical calendar and Church guidelines
Provide piano and organ accompaniment during services
Lead and direct choir and congregational singing
Conduct regular rehearsals with volunteer musicians and vocalists
Coordinate all music selections with the Catholic chaplain for approval at least 72 hours in advance
Recruit, organize, and supervise volunteer musicians and singers
Ensure all music and media usage complies with copyright regulations

Minimum of one year of experience leading music in a Roman Catholic worship setting
Proficiency in both piano and organ
Strong understanding of Catholic liturgical practices and music selection
Ability to lead choirs and coordinate volunteers effectively
Strong communication skills in English
