U-NEXT のデータ分析基盤に携わる アナリティクスエンジニア を募集しています。現在は 3 名の少人数体制ですが、事業ドメインの拡大に合わせて新規メンバーを募集します。 DWH や Data Mart の設計・構築、Looker の整備、アドホックなデータ集計対応、データ品質の担保を担っていただきます。加えて、最新の AI 支援開発ワークフローを当たり前に使いこなしていただくことを期待します。 主な業務内容 データ基盤の開発。データを利用しやすい形に整備するため、DWH や Data Mart の構築を行う Looker の整備。データを素早く利用できる環境を整えるためダッシュボードの作成を行う アドホックなデータ集計依頼の対応 求めるスキル・経験 下記すべての経験・知識・姿勢 最新の AI 支援開発ワークフローを活用した開発経験 分析用 SQL の作成経験、Python を利用した開発経験 分析用のテーブル設計、ログデータの設計経験 データ活用に必要なデータパイプラインの設計経験 BI ツールの利用経験 JLPT／N2 以上の資格、またはそれに相当する日本語語学能力 他部署・チーム間を横断して協業する姿勢 検算など適切な集計を意識して業務を進める姿勢 メンバーと協調して開発を進める姿勢 チームの一員として積極的に貢献しようとする姿勢 利用ツール データ基盤：BigQuery / Treasure Data データパイプライン：dbt / Airflow / Digdag BI ツール：Looker / Looker Studio English We're looking for an Analytics Engineer to join U-NEXT's data team and help shape the analytics platform that drives our business decisions. Our current team is small — three engineers — and as our business domain expands, we need additional members to design data products that scale with us. You'll own data warehouse and data mart design, build and maintain Looker dashboards, respond to ad-hoc analytical requests, and safeguard data quality. We expect engineers in this role to work fluently with modern, AI-assisted development workflows as a matter of course. What You'll Do Develop and maintain our data platform, building data warehouses and data marts that make data easy to consume Build and improve Looker dashboards so stakeholders can access insights quickly Respond to ad-hoc data aggregation and analysis requests What You Bring All of the following experience, knowledge, and mindset Development experience applying modern, AI-assisted development workflows Hands-on experience writing analytical SQL and developing in Python Experience designing analytical tables and modeling log data Experience designing data pipelines that support real data utilization Practical experience with BI tools JLPT N2 or equivalent Japanese language proficiency Willingness to collaborate across teams and departments Attention to detail when it comes to data validation and reconciliation A collaborative, team-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to contribution Tools We Use Data platform: BigQuery / Treasure Data Data pipeline: dbt / Airflow / Digdag BI: Looker / Looker Studio
