Our engineering org is organized into specialized scrums by discipline. Rather than locking you into a single track at the door, this position lets us match your interests and our needs to decide together which team is the best fit after you join. We expect senior engineers in this role to work fluently with modern, AI-assisted development workflows as a matter of course. Disciplines This Position May Lead To Front-end engineer Server-side engineer Mobile app engineer (iOS / Android) Infrastructure engineer Test automation engineer Analytics engineer And more Priorities and demand by discipline shift over time. What You Bring Development experience applying modern, AI-assisted development workflows 3+ years of professional experience as a software engineer Empathy and a willingness to practice the Agile Manifesto Empathy for the three pillars of Scrum theory — transparency, inspection, and adaptation — and the drive to put them into practice Business-level Japanese (roughly JLPT N2 or above) Nice to Have A genuine love of learning Experience developing and operating large-scale services, products, or apps Experience designing, developing, releasing, and operating an application or service you proposed yourself Contributions to open-source projects English proficiency (especially reading)
