概要 このたび、海外事業部でアプリケーションエンジニアを募集します ・海外代理店の案件進捗状況を把握し、技術面から受注活動および顧客サポートを支援する。 ・海外代理店および顧客から収集した要望や市場ニーズを整理し、開発部門へフィードバックするとともに製品改善提案を行う。 ・海外代理店向けの技術トレーニング、製品セミナー、ウェビナーを企画・実施し、代理店エンジニアの技術力向上を推進する。 ・営業およびマーケティング活動を支援するための技術資料、トレーニング資料、アプリケーション事例を作成する。 ・海外展示会、カンファレンス、ユーザー会等において技術プレゼンテーションを実施し、製品認知度向上および市場開拓を支援する。 ・海外代理店が実施する受託解析、ベンチマーク解析、技術提案活動を支援し、必要に応じて解析実施、提案書作成、結果レビューおよび顧客向けプレゼンテーションを行う。 We are currently seeking an Application Engineer to join the Overseas Business Department. Key Responsibilities ・Support sales activities and customer support from a technical perspective by monitoring the progress of projects handled by overseas distributors. ・Gather and analyze customer requirements and market needs obtained through overseas distributors and customers, provide feedback to the R&D team, and propose product improvements. ・Plan and deliver technical training programs, product seminars, and webinars for overseas distributors to enhance the technical capabilities of distributor engineers. ・Develop technical documentation, training materials, and application case studies to support sales and marketing activities. ・Deliver technical presentations at international trade shows, conferences, and user meetings to increase product awareness and support market development efforts. ・Support overseas distributors in analytical services, benchmark studies, and technical proposal activities.
