職務内容 【遠隔地リモートOK/フレックス/語学が生かせる】 売上1兆円規模、グループ157社（国内：49社　海外：108社）を有し、国内・世界トップクラスの総合人材企業であるパーソルグループ。 テクノロジーの力でグループビジョン「はたらいて、笑おう。」を実現することをミッションに、サービスの進化や、グループの生産性・競争力の向上、社員の働く環境の良化などをITの側面から推進しています。 7万人のグループ企業に対し、ホールディングスのエンジニアとして、AIという手段に拘りながら、各事業、サービスの新しい「はたらく」を作っていきます。 ■ポジション概要 パーソルホールディングス株式会社 エンジニアリング部に所属しながら、APAC CoE(Center of Excellence)としてAPACエリアのプロダクト開発チームで活動します。 リクルートメントオートメーションチームのテックリードとして、エンジニアリングマネージャーと技術的責任を分担しつつ、GCP ベースの社内エコシステムを通じて、採用戦略をスケーラブルかつ自動化された仕組みに落とし込んでいただきます。 プロダクト要件とエンジニアリング実装の橋渡し役として、AI 駆動型ツールが高いアーキテクチャ整合性を保って構築されるようリードします。 業務時間配分の目安は、60〜70% を技術設計・コーディング、30〜40% を開発チームのメンタリングおよび開発ライフサイクル管理に充てていただきます。※場合によっては⼀時的な兼務/出向をいただく場合がございます。 ■主な業務内容 ・技術ロードマップの実行 エンジニアリングマネージャーから提示される優先度付きプロダクト目標を、具体的な技術タスクやスプリントに分解・推進する ・アーキテクチャ設計・技術設計 AI／自動化ワークフローおよびプロダクトの技術設計を担い、サービスがモジュール化・スケーラブルであり、GCP のベストプラクティスに沿っていることを担保する ・コード品質・開発標準の確立 コーディング規約、ブランチ戦略、CI/CD プロトコルを定義・遵守させ、厳格なコードレビューを通じて高品質かつ本番利用可能なコードを実現する ・リソース／技術的負債管理 技術的負債を特定し、新機能開発とのバランスを取りながら、持続可能で健全な開発スピードを維持する ・ステークホルダー要求の整理・翻訳 非技術系リーダーからのビジネス要件を技術仕様に落とし込み、各機能の「なぜ必要か」を開発チームに明確に伝える ・システム健全性の担保 社内ツールのセキュリティ・スケーラビリティ・コスト効率を確保し、高水準な CI/CD および DevOps を維持する Position Summary As the Tech Lead for our Recruitment Automation team, you will share technical authority for our internal GCP-based ecosystem with Engineering Managers to turn high-level recruitment strategies into scalable, automated realities. You will act as the bridge between product requirements and engineering execution, ensuring that our AI-driven tools are built with architectural integrity. You will spend roughly 60-70% of your time on technical design and coding, and 30-40% on mentoring the dev teams and managing the development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Technical Roadmap Execution: Take prioritized product goals from Engineering Managers and break them down into actionable technical tasks and sprints. Architecture & Design: Own the technical design of AI/automation workflows & products. You are responsible for ensuring services are modular, scalable, and follow GCP best practices. Code Quality & Standards: Establish and enforce coding standards, branching strategies, and CI/CD protocols to ensure the team delivers high-quality, production-ready code by conducting rigorous code reviews Resource Management: Identify technical debt and balance it against new feature development to maintain a healthy, sustainable velocity. Stakeholder Synthesis: Translate business requirements from non-technical leads into technical specifications, ensuring the "why" behind every feature is clear to the dev team. System Integrity: Ensure the security, scalability, and cost-efficiency of our internal tools, maintaining high standards for CI/CD and DevOps practices.
