Architectural Designer Employment Type : Full-time Annual Salary : ¥7,000,000 – ¥11,000,000 Location : Japan (must be eligible to work in Japan) Position Overview As an Architectural Designer, you will join one of our multidisciplinary project teams. Our projects vary widely in terms of building type, scale, and whether they are located in Japan or overseas. Specific project assignments will be determined based on organizational needs at the time of hiring, as well as your experience, skills, and areas of interest. Over time, you will grow into a role where you lead projects with full ownership and a high level of autonomy. Required Qualifications • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience • Experience in managing architectural design projects with a total floor area of 5,000 m² or more. Preferred Qualifications Licensed First-Class Architect（Japan） or an equivalent international architectural qualification Experience at a large architectural design firm or within a multidisciplinary professional services organization Experience with overseas projects or a strong interest in international assignments Language skills in Japanese and English or Chinese to support global project work Holidays & Benefits include: Two-day weekends (Sat/Sun), national holidays, year-end & summer holidays, paid annual leave (up to 22 days), long-service leave, transportation allowance, full social insurance, retirement and pension plans, employee savings plan, resort facilities, and childcare/caregiver leave programs.
