What You'll Do

  • Own initial and ongoing store allocations, ensuring optimal distribution of inventory across all channels
  • Execute allocation strategies that support seasonal launches, new product introductions, and in-season performance
  • Balance inventory across stores, distribution centers (CA & US), and channels including e-commerce, Amazon, and wholesale
  • Monitor sales performance, sell-through, and inventory levels to make timely reallocation and transfer recommendations for stores
  • Partner with Merchandising, Planning, and Replenishment to align allocations with assortment and demand forecasts
  • Identify and act on opportunities to improve in-stock performance, reduce excess inventory, and optimize size and SKU distribution
  • Maintain allocation systems, tools, and reporting to ensure accuracy, speed, and consistency
  • Provide clear reporting and insights on inventory movement, store performance, and allocation effectiveness

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail allocation, merchandising, planning, or inventory management
  • Strong understanding of retail math and key metrics (sell-through, in-stock, WOS, inventory turn, GM)
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with allocation or inventory systems is an asset
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into action
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth, and evolving environment

Compensation

  • $62,000 CAD annual salary and up
