About The Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is recruiting professionals with Engineering qualifications and experience for Manager roles through Playpath: Engineering the Future.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in delivering one of the Kingdom's most exciting projects, working on complex engineering challenges whilst shaping the future of Qiddiya. Playpath roles are designed for Saudi professionals seeking to build their career and strengthen their expertise through five specialized career pathways which include:

  • Manager - Design
  • Manager - Development
  • Manager - Health, Safety and Worker Welfare
  • Manager - Commercial
  • Manager - Projects (Delivery)

Key responsibilities will depend on the specific role and may include

  • Manage departmental strategy implementation, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya’s vision, monitoring risks, and improving operations.
  • Oversee policies, procedures, stakeholder engagement, and communication channels.
  • Manage budgeting, financial variances, forecasting, cost control, and compliance.
  • Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes, and practices.
  • Translate strategy into SMART goals and oversee the department’s talent management cycle.
  • Manage reporting processes and ensure compliance with Qiddiya’s reporting requirements.

Requirements

  • Saudi national.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • Approximately 7–8 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in major capital projects, construction, infrastructure, real estate or mixed-use development is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams, consultants and contractors.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
