About The Role

  • Responsible for effectively supporting the new WT customers and account acquisitions as well as maintaining and developing existing accounts.
  • Being a team player and assist other sales territories WT if in need.
  • Promote the services and products of all entities (F&B) and coordinate sales efforts with other supporting department.
  • Support to generate leads through networking and referrals.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction- maintain close contact with all customers including follow up on concerns or other issues after convention.
  • Consults and develops strategies with potential customers through phone, virtual, and in-person meetings.
  • Support with develop, facilitate the proposal pricing process and rate agreements to customers.
  • Provide documented activity reports of your sales efforts on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Request and collection of new samples for our new prospects for testing
  • Train our new prospect on using our products (Products knowledge)
  • Conduct trials on site and generate the analysis report
  • Safely handle and manage treatment chemicals (in line with COSHH)
  • Conduct new prospect water sampling and conduct test work (jar test)
  • Complete products screening and produce comprehensive report accurately
  • Support with new prospect roll out.
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping across the customer sites
  • Manage water treatment stock samples and office laboratory (Equipment)
  • Waste water treatment management: managing, controlling, distribution of flocs and coags to new customers and giving feedback to water treatment BDM and Specialist.
  • Manage shipments of parcels from and to Diversey with our courier (Trial Samples)
  • Provide technical assistance to existing and future customers
  • Attend and promote shows assigned by marketing
