Senior Manager

This role supports the Controllership Team by managing timely and accurate financial close cycles across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and statutory requirements. Responsibilities include analyzing financial trends, preparing and reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and management reports, as well as supporting consolidated reporting and intercompany processes. The position involves ownership of processes, cost allocations, audit preparation, and risk reporting, while liaising with cross-functional teams such as underwriting. It requires leadership in team operations, onboarding finance changes, and maintaining the chart of accounts. Candidates should be CA/CPA/CMA/postgraduates with insurance knowledge and expertise in BlackLine reconciliations
