About The Role

Our client is seeking a motivated and capable  Supply Chain Specialist  to join their Egypt office. This role is ideal for a supply chain professional with strong knowledge of procurement, importation, inventory management, and supply chain coordination.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting procurement, inventory planning, supplier coordination, and overall supply chain operations to ensure products are available efficiently and cost-effectively.

Candidates from anywhere in Egypt are welcome to apply, and relocation assistance will be provided for those moving to Alexandria.

Work Arrangements

  • Reporting to:  Supply Chain Manager
  • Location:  Gleem, Alexandria, Egypt
  • Working hours:  8 AM - 5 PM
  • Timezone:  Saudi Arabia
  • Contract Type:  Full-time - On-site

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory management, and replenishment planning.
  • Work closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely importation of goods.
  • Monitor inventory levels and support stock planning to maintain optimal inventory while minimizing excess stock.
  • Assist in forecasting product requirements based on sales trends and business needs.
  • Coordinate with sales, operations, warehousing, and procurement teams to ensure smooth product availability.
  • Track supplier performance, shipment schedules, and import timelines.
  • Prepare supply chain, inventory, and procurement reports for management.
  • Identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency, inventory control, and operational processes.
  • Support ERP system updates and maintain accurate supply chain data.
  • Minimum of 3 years of Proven experience in supply chain operations, procurement, importation, warehousing, or distribution.
  • CIPS Level 4 certification or higher is mandatory.
  • Strong English proficiency.
  • Strong understanding of international sourcing, particularly imports from China.
  • Experience in inventory management and supply chain coordination.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • ERP system experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
