About The Role
Our client is seeking a motivated and capable  Supply Chain Specialist  to join their Egypt office. This role is ideal for a supply chain professional with strong knowledge of procurement, importation, inventory management, and supply chain coordination.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting procurement, inventory planning, supplier coordination, and overall supply chain operations to ensure products are available efficiently and cost-effectively.
Candidates from anywhere in Egypt are welcome to apply, and relocation assistance will be provided for those moving to Alexandria.
Work Arrangements
- Reporting to:  Supply Chain Manager
- Location:  Gleem, Alexandria, Egypt
- Working hours:  8 AM - 5 PM
- Timezone:  Saudi Arabia
- Contract Type:  Full-time - On-site
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory management, and replenishment planning.
- Work closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely importation of goods.
- Monitor inventory levels and support stock planning to maintain optimal inventory while minimizing excess stock.
- Assist in forecasting product requirements based on sales trends and business needs.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, warehousing, and procurement teams to ensure smooth product availability.
- Track supplier performance, shipment schedules, and import timelines.
- Prepare supply chain, inventory, and procurement reports for management.
- Identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency, inventory control, and operational processes.
- Support ERP system updates and maintain accurate supply chain data.
- Minimum of 3 years of Proven experience in supply chain operations, procurement, importation, warehousing, or distribution.
- CIPS Level 4 certification or higher is mandatory.
- Strong English proficiency.
- Strong understanding of international sourcing, particularly imports from China.
- Experience in inventory management and supply chain coordination.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- ERP system experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
