About The Role

As a Communications Management Specialist, you will help bring AIA’s purpose to life by delivering meaningful internal and external communications that connect people, support business priorities, and enhance the employee experience. Working within the People & Culture team and partnering closely with Corporate Affairs, you will create engaging content, coordinate communication initiatives, and support campaigns that strengthen employee engagement across the organisation. This role offers the opportunity to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, contribute to high-impact projects, and grow your expertise across communications, corporate affairs, and organisational engagement in a collaborative, high-performing environment.

Your Impact

  • Create engaging, audience-focused content that informs, connects, and inspires employees across a range of communication channels
  • Deliver communication campaigns and initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and support key business priorities
  • Manage internal communication platforms and channels to ensure employees receive timely, relevant, and consistent information
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders to understand communication needs and provide effective communication support and advice
  • Coordinate communication plans, calendars, and activities that enable seamless delivery across business projects and initiatives
  • Monitor communication effectiveness and stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and stronger outcomes

Your Capabilities

  • You have experience developing high-quality written and visual content across multiple communication channels and audiences
  • You bring strong stakeholder engagement skills and enjoy building collaborative relationships that support shared outcomes
  • You have the ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging, and audience-focused messages
  • You bring confidence using digital communication platforms, tools, and channels to enhance employee experiences and communication effectiveness
  • You may also have experience supporting communication campaigns, employee engagement initiatives, or corporate affairs activities
  • It is great if you have experience within financial services, insurance, or other professional services environments, along with an interest in industry trends and emerging opportunities
