Credit Supervisor/ Officer

To support the Credit Manager in effectively managing the hotel’s credit control and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely collection of outstanding receivables, accurate credit documentation, proper account reconciliation, and compliance with the hotel’s credit policies and financial procedures.

The position will work closely with Finance, Front Office, Sales & Marketing, Reservations, Revenue Management, F&B, and other relevant departments to ensure that all credit transactions are properly authorized, recorded, monitored, and collected within agreed credit terms.
