Part-Time Pediatric Caregiver

Sedalia, MO | Part-Time | Weekend Hours | $17/Hour

Phoenix Home Care is hiring a Part-Time Caregiver to provide one-on-one support for a school-age pediatric client. This position includes weekend hours and is a great opportunity for a caregiver with experience in direct support or working with children with autism .

This role provides hands-on support with the client's individual needs, routines, activities, and supervision. By providing dependable care, you will also give the client's guardians valuable time to recharge, run errands, or simply take a much-needed break .

Caregiver Responsibilities

• Provide direct support and supervision
• Assist with daily routines, activities, and personal needs
• Provide companionship and positive interaction
• Support the client's individual needs and routines
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging environment
• Provide dependable care that allows guardians time away from caregiving responsibilities

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• Prior direct support care experience preferred
• Experience working with children with autism is helpful
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
