MEMS Device Design Expert

業務内容 ・圧電MEMSデバイス（MEMSポンプ/スピーカー/インクジェットヘッド/センサー等）のシミュレーション設計及びシステム開発を担当し、プロセスチームと協力してデバイス作製を行い、回路チームと協力してデバイステスト及び検証を完了させます ・圧電MEMSデバイス（MEMSポンプ/スピーカー/インクジェットヘッド/センサー等）の新規デバイス設計および設計改善、信頼性の最適化を担当していただきます ・ 圧電MEMSデバイスの設計およびアプリケーションの技術トレンドを調査し、アプリケーションの開発の方向性とその実現方法について提案していただきます 資格・能力 必須要件 ・電気・電子工学/物理/材料/半導体デバイスの専門知識を有し ・MEMSデバイス（ MEMSポンプ / スピーカー /インクジェットヘッド/センサー等）の開発経験、MEMSデバイスの設計実務に従事していること ・MEMS（ MEMSポンプ / スピーカー /インクジェットヘッド/センサー等）デバイスの原理やテスト・検証の基礎知識を熟知し、MEMSデバイスのシミュレーション手法に精通し、マルチフィジックスシミュレータ( Comsol/Fluent/ansys/MEMSPro/VoventorWare/MEMS+ 等)を用いてデバイス開発を行える方 ・MEMSデバイスの不具合を正確に分析・特定・解決する能力を有し、回路チームや検証チームと協力してデバイステスト検証プラットフォームを構築できる方 好ましい条件 ・以下の単一または複数の技術に関する知見： 流体シミュレーション 、 熱シミュレーション 、 機械的応力シミュレーション 、 音響シミュレーション 、 信頼性設計 ・MEMSポンプとMEMSスピーカー開発経験者の方優先 ・協調性があり、優れたコミュニケーション能力を持ち、本社開発チームと円滑にコミュニケーションを取れる方 Position & Responsibilities ・Responsible for the simulation design and system development of MEMS devices such as MEMS air pump/speaker/inkjet head/sensor etc., collaborating with process team for device fabrication and working with the circuit team to complete device testing and verification. ・Responsible for improving existing MEMS device(MEMS air pump/speaker/inkjet head/sensor etc.) design, optimizing reliability, and designing new devices. ・Investigate the technical trends of MEMS device design and applications, and propose directions and implementation methods. Qualifications Mandatory: ・Possess expertise in electrical/electronic engineering, physics, materials, or semiconductors ・experience in MEMS device(MEMS air pump/speaker/inkjet head/sensor etc.) development, with recent hands-on experience in MEMS device design. ・Familiar with the basic theory and testing/verification knowledge of MEMS devices(MEMS air pump/speaker/inkjet head/sensor etc.), proficient in device simulation methods, and skilled in using multi-physics simulation tools(Comsol，Fluent，ansys，MEMSPro,VoventorWare, MEMS+,etc.) and related simulation technologies for device development. ・Ability to accurately analyze, identify, and resolve issues in xx devices, and collaborate with circuit and validation teams to build device validation platforms. Preferred ・Proficient in the following single or multiple technologies: Fluid simulation, Thermal simulation, Mechanical stress simulation, Acoustic simulation, Reliability design ・Preference given to candidates with experience in MEMS air pump and MEMS speaker ・Good communication skills, able to communicate effectively with the China headquarters team.
