Requirements Minimum Requirements At least 10 years of business experience Master’s degree (MBA preferred) High English proficiency Desired Qualities Deep knowledge of the candidate’s area of specialization gained through practical experience Extensive experience in business management A strong desire to support the growth of business professionals Flexibility to adapt to the GLOBIS curriculum and interactive, participant-centered learning approach using the case method A growth mindset shown through the ability to respond positively to feedback and always strive for improvement Doctoral degrees are welcome Note1: Candidates who can teach in person in Tokyo on weekdays are highly preferred. Note2: Previous teaching experience is not mandatory. Teaching Demo All candidates will be required to teach a demo class on a subject of their expertise. Advice and support will be provided for preparation.
