このポジションについて Forvis Mazars in Japanのトランザクションチームにて、M&Aや事業再編等の取引に関する財務デューデリジェンス（FDD）を中心としたプロジェクトをリードし、クライアントの意思決定をサポートします。監査からFDDへのキャリアチェンジも歓迎します。クロスボーダー案件が多く、英語力を活かしながら成長できる環境です。 About this position At Forvis Mazars in Japan, you will lead projects focused on financial due diligence (FDD) related to M&A and business restructuring transactions, supporting client decision-making. Career transitions from audit to FDD are welcome. With many cross-border cases, this is an environment where you can grow while leveraging your English skills. 職務内容 M&Aや事業再編等のトランザクションにおける財務デューデリジェンス（FDD）の実施・リード クライアントへの財務分析・リスク評価・報告書作成 取引リスクの評価、必要な分析の実施 チームメンバーの指導・育成 クライアントとの関係構築・維持 英語を用いた海外案件・外資系クライアント対応（現時点でビジネスレベルでなくても可、今後伸ばしたい方歓迎） 監査業務からFDD業務への転籍・キャリアチェンジも可能 財務デューデリジェンス以外にも、バリュエーション、取引構造策定、PMI（ポストマージャーインテグレーション）支援等の関連サービス提供 チームの採用・育成・マネジメント クライアントの課題解決に向けた提案・プレゼンテーション Job Description Lead and execute financial due diligence (FDD) for M&A and business restructuring transactions Conduct financial analysis, risk assessment, and reporting for clients Evaluate transaction risks and perform necessary analyses Guide and develop team members Build and maintain client relationships Handle overseas projects and foreign clients using English (business-level English not required at present; those wishing to improve are welcome) Career transitions from audit to FDD are possible Provide related services such as valuation, transaction structuring, and post-merger integration (PMI) support Participate in recruitment, development, and management of the team Propose and present solutions to client challenges 必須条件 財務デューデリジェンス（FDD）業務の経験、またはCPA（日本・米国等の公認会計士）関連資格のいずれかを保有 英語（読み書きビジネスレベル必須）日本語（ビジネスレベル） 分析力・問題解決力・コミュニケーション力 MUST Experience in financial due diligence (FDD) or possession of a CPA qualification (Japan, US, etc.) English: Business-level reading and writing Japanese: Business-level Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills 尚可条件 CPA（日本・米国等）の資格保有者 英語力（ビジネスレベル） チームマネジメント経験 コンサルティングファームや監査法人でのマネージャー経験 監査法人での実務経験者歓迎（監査→FDDへの転籍も可能） NICE TO HAVE CPA qualification (Japan, US, etc.) Business-level English proficiency Team management experience Managerial experience at a consulting firm or audit firm Practical experience at an audit firm is welcome (career transition from audit to FDD is possible) Forvis Mazarsの動画はこちらから
