【このポジションについて】 Forvis Mazars in Japanの税務アドバイザリーチームは、国内外のクライアントに対して、税務戦略の立案、税務リスクの分析、組織再編・M&Aに伴う税務支援など、付加価値の高いサービスを提供しています。 このポジションでは、クライアントのビジネス課題を税務の観点から捉え、最適なソリューションを提案・実行する役割を担っていただきます。クロスボーダー案件や多国籍企業への対応も含め、ダイナミックな環境で成長できる機会があります。 About this position The Tax Advisory team at Forvis Mazars in Japan provides high-value services to domestic and international clients, including tax strategy development, tax risk analysis, and tax support for corporate restructuring and M&A. In this position, you will be responsible for identifying business challenges from a tax perspective and proposing and executing optimal solutions. You will have opportunities to grow in a dynamic environment, including handling cross-border cases and working with multinational corporations. 職務内容 クライアントの税務課題に対する調査・分析・提案 法人税・消費税・源泉税等に関する税務アドバイス 組織再編・M&Aに伴う税務ストラクチャリング支援 税務調査対応のサポート チームメンバーやジュニアスタッフの指導・レビュー クライアントとの定期的なコミュニケーションによる関係構築 Job Description Research, analyze, and propose solutions for clients’ tax-related issues Provide tax advice on corporate tax, consumption tax, withholding tax, etc. Support tax structuring for corporate restructuring and M&A Assist with tax audit responses Guide and review work of team members and junior staff Build strong client relationships through regular communication 必須条件 税理士資格（科目合格含む）または同等の税務知識 会計事務所または事業会社での税務実務経験（3年以上） 日本語（ネイティブレベル）および英語（読み書きレベル以上） クライアント対応における高い責任感とプロフェッショナリズム MUST Certified tax accountant (including partial qualification) or equivalent tax knowledge Minimum 3 years of practical tax experience at an accounting firm or in-house Native-level Japanese and business-level English (reading and writing) Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism in client interactions 尚可条件 国際税務に関する実務経験 M&Aや組織再編に関する税務アドバイザリー経験 Big4または外資系ファームでの勤務経験 クライアント向け提案書の作成経験 税務以外の分野（財務、法務など）との連携経験 国税当局での勤務経験 NICE TO HAVE Practical experience in international taxation Tax advisory experience related to M&A or corporate restructuring Work experience at Big4 or foreign-affiliated firms Experience creating client proposals Experience collaborating with other departments (e.g., finance, legal) Work experience at the National Tax Agency Taxチームの動画は下記画像から
