Program, Manager

Master works is seeking a program manager to oversee data-related programs and ensure successful project delivery aligned with organizational strategy through effective governance, stakeholder communication, and Agile practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple data-related programs and projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals and successful delivery.
• Apply Agile practices using tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, and Confluence to monitor progress and performance.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies to achieve defined objectives.
• Provide strategic direction, guidance, and performance oversight to project managers and teams.
• Ensure proper reporting, governance, and decision-making at the program level.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Program and Portfolio Management .
• Solid understanding and practical application of Agile methodologies .
• Excellent communication , presentation , and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira , Microsoft Project , and Confluence .
• Strong analytical , problem-solving , and organizational abilities.
• + 5 years of hands-on experience in Program or Portfolio Management , preferably within data-focused projects .

Languages

• Arabic – Mother tongue
• English – Native/Fluent

Preferred Certifications

• PMP / PgMP / RMP (PMI)
• Agile certifications
