About The Role

Job duties As a Polish Localization Expert, you'll be responsible for ensuring that all assets localized from English to Polish meet Capcom’s quality standards. Responsibilities: - Translate text from English into Polish or check translated text to produce top-quality localizations - Create and manage Polish language assets, such as glossaries, translation memory and style guides - Track, evaluate, and fix linguistic bugs as required - Provide feedback to Localization Directors on culturally sensitive issues - Propose improvements to workflow process for optimal translation quality - Work with other localization members on team objectives Requirements: Native speaker of Polish Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Polish and English Have experience in localization (preferably in the gaming industry) Ability to review, create and adapt processes to focus on efficiency Be able to work with a team Be competent in self-management Be able to follow deadlines Be able to work simultaneously on multiple projects when necessary Broad knowledge of current cultural sensitivities in Polish-speaking regions An interest and passion for video games and the game industry Japanese language ability is a benefit but not required
