Job Description (English follows Japanese) 日本語 業務概要 人工衛星の姿勢軌道制御システムの開発、運用及びそれらを行うチームのマネジメントを担当していただきます。 職務内容 人工衛星の姿勢軌道制御システムの設計、解析 ミッション要求解析と姿勢軌道制御システムへの展開、および他サブシステムとのインターフェース要求の策定 リソースが限られた衛星内コンピュータで動作する制御システムソフトウェアの開発、ドキュメンテーション、試験とキャリブレーション 姿勢軌道制御用のセンサーやアクチュエーターの調査、選定、検証 データ解析、試験、シミュレーションによる検証 衛星打ち上げ前後の試験、運用、キャリブレーション、データ評価、支援 軌道環境、姿勢及び軌道ダイナミクス、センサ/アクチュエータモデル等を模擬する高精度シミュレータの開発 姿勢軌道制御系開発チームのマネジメント プロジェクト側との開発、運用に関する調整 その他必要に応じた業務 必要なスキル・経験 学歴：高専又は大学卒業以上 以下について合計10年程度以上の実務経験があること 人工衛星の姿勢もしくは軌道制御システムに関する設計、シミュレーション、パラメータチューニング、性能解析、検証、軌道上チェックアウト・評価、トラブルシューティング等の開発・運用業務の経験（人工衛星のフライトソフトウェア含む） 開発チームをマネジメントした3年以上の実務経験 言語（以下のいずれかに該当すること） ネイティブまたはビジネスレベルの日本語能力と基本的な英語力 ネイティブまたはビジネスレベルの英語力と基本的な日本語能力 歓迎条件 人工衛星の開発経験、特にプロジェクトマネジメント、システムズエンジニアリングの経験 Matlab/SimulinkにおけるControl System Toolbox、Aerospace Toolbox、Matlab/Simulink Coderの経験 ハードウェアの設計、製作、試験の経験 所属会社 株式会社アクセルスペース <https://www.axelspace.com/ja/company/> English About the Role You will be responsible for the development, operation, and team management of the satellite's attitude and orbit control system. Job Responsibilities Design and analysis of the satellite attitude and orbit control systems Mission requirement analysis and implementation into the attitude and orbit control system, and formulation of interface requirements with other subsystems Development, documentation, testing, and calibration of control system software operating on resource-constrained onboard satellite computers Investigation, selection, and verification of sensors and actuators for attitude and orbit control Data analysis, testing, and simulation-based verification Pre- and post-launch testing, operations, calibration, data evaluation, and support Development of a high-fidelity simulator for modeling orbital environment, attitude and orbital dynamics, sensor/actuator models, etc. Management of the attitude and orbit control system development team Coordination with the project team regarding development and operations Other duties as required Mandatory Requirements Education: A degree from a university or technical college Have a total of at least 10 years of practical experience in the following areas: Experience in development and operational tasks related to satellite attitude or orbit control systems, including design, simulation, parameter tuning, performance analysis, verification, in-orbit checkout and evaluation, and troubleshooting (including satellite flight software). Over three years of practical experience managing a development team Language (must meet one of the following criteria) Native or business-level Japanese proficiency and basic English skills Native or business-level English proficiency and basic Japanese language skills Favorable Skill set / Experiences Experience in satellite development, particularly in project management and systems engineering Experience in Control System Toolbox, Aerospace Toolbox, or Matlab/Simulink Coder in Matlab/Simulink Experience in hardware design, manufacturing and testing Company Axelspace Corporation <https://www.axelspace.com/company/>
