Contract: Permanent, full-time. Salary: £56,000k - £65,000k dependant on experience, plus benefits Benefits include: Annual Leave: 28 days per annum, increasing to 30 days after 5 years of service, plus bank holidays. Bonus: 5% annual bonus. Pension Contributions: Defined Contribution Pension Scheme with up to 7.5% employee contribution 15% employer contribution. Closing Date: Wednesday 5th August 2026. About the Role We are seeking an experienced NCR Lead to join the Quality team on the Sizewell C project. This is a key role responsible for leading the management, coordination and continuous improvement of the project's Non-Conformance Reporting (NCR) process, ensuring quality issues are effectively controlled, investigated and resolved in accordance with nuclear industry standards and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will work closely with construction, engineering, supply chain and quality teams to drive a strong quality culture and ensure that non-conformances are managed efficiently, preventing recurrence and supporting successful project delivery. About You Degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Quality Management or a related discipline. Significant experience managing NCRs within major construction, infrastructure, energy or nuclear projects. Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001. Experience conducting Root Cause Analysis and implementing corrective actions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to analyse quality data and identify trends.
