Support end users and analysts by troubleshooting issues and responding to help desk tickets. Participate in test script creation and execution for enhancements, upgrades, and bug fixes. Document system changes, workflows, and user instructions to support system transparency and continuity. Provide backup support during payroll runs, year-end close, and other high-impact cycles. Contribute to data cleanup, validation, and migration activities during the Oracle Fusion transition. Collaborate with integration, reporting, and security teams to ensure end-to-end service. Work within established change control and incident management processes. Recommend enhancements or automation to improve business process efficiency. Perform other job-related duties as assigned. WORK EXPERIENCE • Minimum of three (3) years of experience working with enterprise systems, preferably in an ERP environment. TYPE OF SKILL AND/OR REQUIRED LICENSING/CERTIFICATION • Must pass criminal background check as required by Texas law.
