About The Role
Internal Coordinators are responsible for supporting the VP Internal in executing the internal operations of ACE UBC. This includes coordinating key logistics such as scheduling training sessions, supporting team socials, organizing a full competitor retreat, and assisting with the development of the ACE Nationals itinerary. Additionally, the Internal Coordinators will train to compete at the ACE Nationals Case Competition and Conference in Toronto (January 2027). Throughout the term, they’ll develop core business skills by actively participating in weekly training sessions featuring structured lessons, mock competitions, and personalized feedback.
Time Commitment
2-5 hours per week

Responsibilities

- Compete and train for the ACE Nationals Case Competition and Conference

- Attend weekly training sessions, including technical skill workshops, public speaking practice, case preparation, and formal mock competitions

Attend ACE Nationals in Toronto in January 2027

- Assist in planning a full retreat for all competitors

- Plan team socials to strengthen group connection and team culture

- Support midpoint HR check-ins and use feedback to improve the club experience

- Support room bookings and logistics for weekly training sessions

- Assist in creating the itinerary and schedule for competitors attending Nationals in Toronto
