Assistant Manager - Projects

Responsible for managing and execution of all Civil and Finishing works on site . • To Coordinate with Architects, Consultants (RCC, MEP and other) for accurate completion of work. • Responsible for following up of vendor activities and material availability on site. • Reporting to seniors about site conditions and daily reports. • To Handle Contractor and costumers. • Responsible for checking of work as per Drawings. • Responsible for the supervising all activities for quality execution. • Testing Quality of onsite materials of construction. • Workout Schedules and DPR. • Responsible for proper consumption of materials on site execution. • Solving the difficulties in execution and making decision for the same.
