Draughtsman

<p>Key purpose of the job:</p><ul><li>The role incumbent will be responsible for drafting of architectural and interiors projects.</li><li>Operational deliverables:</li><li>Modifying architectural drawings of high-rise apartments.</li><li>Proficient in making municipal dwgs and area calculation.</li><li>Making corrections of layout, general arrangement, drafting & detailing of the building project and area calculation for building project.</li><li> AutoCAD drafting of complete civil interiors or MEP work, Employee responsibility also includes site survey, draw maps, diagrams, and profiles, using cross- sections.</li><li>Resolving drawing related Issues.</li><li>Brochure plans in photoshop.</li></ul><p>Desired Candidate Profile :</p><ul><li>Diploma from reputed institute</li><li>Proficient in Auto CAD – 2D/3D, Photoshop, Corel Draw, sketch up and MS Office</li><li>Experience in residential / commercial projects in real estate industry for at least 5-6 years.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>General Desired Attributes :</p><ul><li>Well-organized and reliable</li></ul><p>Location : Powai/ Thane</p>
