Position – Sr. Manager/AGM HNI & Luxury Relationship Partnerships Location - Mumbai About the Role House of Hiranandani is seeking a sophisticated relationship leader to engage with India’s affluent and culturally evolved audiences through premium experiences, strategic partnerships and long-term investment relationships. This role requires an individual who can naturally operate within luxury ecosystems and build authentic relationships with HNIs, family offices, cultural institutions and premium communities. • Sponsorship Events – Theatre | Luxury Sports | Events & Experiences | Conferences • Tie ups – Institutional Tie ups – Connect with Private Wealth Managers & Financial Institutions • Develop connect with Channel Partners – IPCs – JLL, IIFL & also SOBO CPs – who manage real estate assets for HNIs • NRI Events – Exploring locations like Middle east, USA, South East • Other Cities – Through CPs - explore – Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad + Tier 2 Towns Targets • Achieve 3% of the overall sales targets – across projects – Total FY 26-027 Revenue Target – 2720 Crs. Target for this Vertical 3% - 80 Crs – 26 Units a year avg. 2 per month. Key Responsibilities • Represent the brand across premium lifestyle, cultural and sporting platforms • Build long-term relationships with HNIs and investment-oriented audiences • Identify strategic partnerships and sponsorship opportunities aligned with the brand • Curate high-value experiences and engagement opportunities • Facilitate investment conversations around luxury real estate opportunities • Build access into private networks, clubs and affluent communities Ideal Candidate • 8–10 years in private banking, luxury hospitality, wealth management, luxury brands or premium relationship ecosystems • Strong South Mumbai and HNI network preferred • Exceptionally polished communication and interpersonal skills • Deep understanding of luxury behaviour and affluent psychology • Well-read, culturally aware and globally exposed.
