Group head/Sr. Group Head

• What will you do?
• Growing the overall revenue of the marketplace division by adding new clients and growing existing clients
• Maintaining close relationship with marketplace partners- Amazon, Flipkart, Big Basket, etc.
• Operational efficiency in the team
• Overseeing media planning and campaign execution across multiple clients
• Client relationship management
• Innovative campaigns across AMS and other platforms to deliver differentiated results.
• Team size planning based on the revenue projections.
• Recruitment, training and mentoring of the team members.
• Ability to lead a team of 20+ marketing analysts & specialists.
• What are we looking for?
• Minimum 4+ years of working experience in a digital marketing role, minimum 2 years on Amazon marketing services.
