About the Role

We're looking for someone who doesn't just scroll through Reels and TikToks for fun — you study them. You can spot a weak hook in the first second, know exactly why a video held attention (or lost it), and can translate that instinct into briefs that get creators to deliver their best work.

This isn't a purely creative role, though. You'll be running the operational side of influencer marketing too — sourcing and negotiating with creators and agencies, managing multiple partnerships at once, and keeping campaigns on track without letting anything slip.

If you have strong opinions about content (and they're usually right), and you're just as comfortable in a negotiation as you are reviewing a rough cut, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do

• Identify, brief, and manage creator partnerships across tiers (nano to macro/agency-repped talent)
• Review content pre-launch for hook quality, brand fit, and hold potential
• Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and pricing with creators and agencies
• Own and maintain a content calendar across multiple concurrent partnerships
• Track and report on performance — reach, EMV, engagement, conversions — and turn data into clear, actionable learnings
• Build and maintain relationships with a bench of reliable creators and agency contacts

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or social media
• Strong content instincts — you can explain
• why
• something works, not just that it does
• Confident negotiator who can hold vendors accountable on quality and deadlines
• Clear, specific communicator — your briefs result in good content, not endless revision rounds
• Comfortable managing multiple relationships and moving parts simultaneously
• Bonus: existing relationships with creators, talent agencies, or MCNs.
