As an Early Career Program Intern, you will assist the Early Career Program Manager NAM in facilitating the 12-week summer internship program. You will use professional communication, critical thinking, and time management skills to ensure an effective internship experience for both interns and their managers. As an Early Career Program Intern, you will work with other motivated interns and members of the Talent Management Team to expand your knowledge, skills, and abilities related to program management and human resources.
