Now Hiring: Experienced Leasing Specialist

Celtic Property Management is seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and professional Leasing Specialist to join the lease-up team at The Villas at Riverwalk, a brand-new Class A luxury market-rate community featuring 178 beautiful casitas in Camp Verde, Arizona.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing luxury community from the ground up and play a key role in creating an exceptional resident experience and successful lease-up.

We are looking for someone who

• Has previous apartment leasing experience
• Thrives in a fast-paced lease-up environment
• Has strong sales and closing skills
• Delivers exceptional customer service and professionalism
• Is energetic, personable, and team-oriented
• Takes pride in creating a luxury resident experience
• Has strong follow-up, organization, and multitasking skills

Responsibilities Include

• Conducting luxury community tours and leasing presentations
• Following up with prospective residents and converting leads into leases
• Supporting occupancy and leasing goals
• Assisting with move-ins, renewals, and resident retention
• Maintaining Class A curb appeal and presentation standards
• Supporting community marketing and outreach efforts
• Providing exceptional customer service to residents and prospects

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Lease-up experience preferred
• Luxury apartment experience preferred
• Yardi and RentCafe experience preferred
• Strong communication and sales skills required

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $24.00–$28.00 per hour DOE

Bonus Potential

In addition to hourly compensation, Leasing Specialists have the opportunity to earn

• $100–$250 leasing commissions per new lease
• Occupancy bonuses based on community performance and lease-up goals
