Profession (Job Category): Human Resources Job Schedule: Full time Remote: No Job Description: The Opportunity We are looking for an HR Business Partner/ HR Generalist to join our HR Team in Madrid on a Temporary Basis (5 Months Contract) HR Business Partner/ HR Generalist will be part of a Project Team based in different countries. We are looking for a HR professional with 2-4 years of experience whom value collaboration, knowledge sharing, appreciate transparency and working on a diverse international company. How you will make an impact Support Project Team on HRBP´s activities. Support the staffing processes including workforce planning & creation of job profiles. Work with both operational and strategic tasks with focus on culture, people and organization Understands business needs and provides support and suggestions when applying HR policies and processes. Proactively support & suggest management on General HR topics Consultancy firms experience will be valuable Your background Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. Between 2-4 years proven experience in HR Projects / HR Business Partner/ Talent Partner preferably within the power and energy industry, or another international company with a complex matrix organization Knowledge of HR principles and practices Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights. Communication and interpersonal skills Spanish and English fluent (Speaking and Writing) Strong Excel & Word skills
