How you'll make an impact Champion a zero-incident safety culture and promote environmental responsibility across operations Plan, prioritize, and allocate resources to achieve production targets efficiently Align production schedules with demand plans to ensure on-time delivery Monitor and analyze production data to drive performance improvements Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize plant capacity and resource utilization Lead problem-solving efforts for production, technical, and logistics challenges Drive quality and continuous improvement initiatives to meet operational KPIs Inspire, coach, and develop team members to achieve their full potential Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
