About The Role
- You will design and develop electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layouts for various transformer types.
- You will perform calculations and simulations for electrical parameters such as insulation coordination, short-circuit currents, and thermal performance.
<3.You> will select and specify electrical components, materials, and equipment based on technical requirements and cost-effectiveness.
- You will conduct testing and validation of electrical designs and prototypes, identifying and resolving issues.
- You will collaborate with mechanical engineers, manufacturing teams, and suppliers to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.
- You will develop and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, test reports, and operating manuals.
<7.You> will participate in root cause analysis for electrical failures and implement corrective actions.
- You will stay updated with industry standards, regulations, and emerging technologies in electrical engineering and transformer design.
- You will support production and quality control activities related to electrical components and systems.
- You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in electrical design and development, preferably within the power transformer industry.
- Strong knowledge of electrical power systems, high-voltage engineering, and electromagnetic principles.
- Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, SolidWorks Electrical).
- Familiarity with relevant international standards (e.g., IEC, ANSI) for transformers and electrical equipment.
- Experience with electrical testing equipment and procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical information clearly.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
