About The Role
- You will develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HSE management systems, policies, and procedures in line with national and international standards (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
- You will conduct regular HSE inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- You will investigate all incidents, accidents, near misses, and occupational illnesses, determining root causes and implementing preventative measures.
- You will provide HSE training and awareness programs for employees at all levels, including new hire orientation and specialized safety training.
- You will ensure compliance with all applicable local, national, and company HSE regulations and standards.
- You will collaborate with various departments to integrate HSE considerations into operational planning and decision-making.
- You will maintain accurate records of HSE data, incidents, training, and audits.
- You will lead emergency response planning and drills, ensuring the effectiveness of emergency procedures.
- You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an HSE role, preferably within a manufacturing or heavy industry environment.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices (e.g., OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
- Proven experience in conducting risk assessments, incident investigations, and HSE audits.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and influence others.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken) is required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
