About The Role
- You will develop and maintain the master production schedule based on customer demand, sales forecasts, inventory levels, and production capacity.
- You will balance demand and supply to ensure on-time delivery while optimizing inventory and resource utilization.
- You will coordinate closely with Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Sales, and Project Management teams to align material availability with production requirements.
- You will monitor capacity constraints, identify potential risks, and drive mitigation plans to prevent supply disruptions and delivery delays.
- You will lead planning activities within the S&OP process and support decision-making through data analysis and scenario planning.
- You will track key planning metrics, including forecast accuracy, inventory levels, production adherence, and delivery performance.
- You will support business growth by improving planning processes, increasing supply chain visibility, and enhancing overall operational efficiency.
- You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written is mandatory in this position
- 2+ years of experience in quality engineering, process improvement, or a related role, preferably in [specific industry, e.g., manufacturing, healthcare, automotive].
- Experience with quality management tools and methodologies: Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt certification is preferred), SPC, MSA, FMEA, CP and SPC.
- Strong data analysis skills, with experience using software such as Excel, Minitab.
- Knowledge of industry-specific quality standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders.
