About The Role

  1. You will develop and maintain the master production schedule based on customer demand, sales forecasts, inventory levels, and production capacity.
  2. You will balance demand and supply to ensure on-time delivery while optimizing inventory and resource utilization.
  3. You will coordinate closely with Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Sales, and Project Management teams to align material availability with production requirements.
  4. You will monitor capacity constraints, identify potential risks, and drive mitigation plans to prevent supply disruptions and delivery delays.
  5. You will lead planning activities within the S&OP process and support decision-making through data analysis and scenario planning.
  6. You will track key planning metrics, including forecast accuracy, inventory levels, production adherence, and delivery performance.
  7. You will support business growth by improving planning processes, increasing supply chain visibility, and enhancing overall operational efficiency.
  8. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

  10. Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).
  11. Fluent in English, both spoken and written is mandatory in this position
  12. 2+ years of experience in quality engineering, process improvement, or a related role, preferably in [specific industry, e.g., manufacturing, healthcare, automotive].
  13. Experience with quality management tools and methodologies: Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt certification is preferred), SPC, MSA, FMEA, CP and SPC.
  14. Strong data analysis skills, with experience using software such as Excel, Minitab.
  15. Knowledge of industry-specific quality standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
  16. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders.
