About The Role

  1. You will execute end-to-end procurement processes, including requisition review, supplier selection, negotiation, and contract finalization.
  2. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, monitoring their performance and conducting regular evaluations.
  3. You will identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements in the procurement process without compromising quality or service.
  4. You will prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  5. You will collaborate with internal departments (e.g., engineering, production, finance) to understand material and service requirements and ensure timely fulfillment.
  6. You will conduct market research to identify new suppliers and innovative products or services that align with company objectives.
  7. You will resolve supplier issues, discrepancies, and disputes effectively and professionally.
  8. You will maintain accurate procurement records, databases, and reports.
  9. You will ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, ethical standards, and company procurement policies.
  10. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

  12. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  13. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles, preferably within the manufacturing or energy sector.
  14. Proven negotiation skills and experience in managing supplier relationships.
  15. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  16. Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  17. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  18. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  19. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a significant plus.
