Procurement Specialist

About The Role
- You will execute end-to-end procurement processes, including requisition review, supplier selection, negotiation, and contract finalization.
- You will develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, monitoring their performance and conducting regular evaluations.
- You will identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements in the procurement process without compromising quality or service.
- You will prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- You will collaborate with internal departments (e.g., engineering, production, finance) to understand material and service requirements and ensure timely fulfillment.
- You will conduct market research to identify new suppliers and innovative products or services that align with company objectives.
- You will resolve supplier issues, discrepancies, and disputes effectively and professionally.
- You will maintain accurate procurement records, databases, and reports.
- You will ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, ethical standards, and company procurement policies.
- You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles, preferably within the manufacturing or energy sector.
- Proven negotiation skills and experience in managing supplier relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a significant plus.
