About The Role
- You will receive and distribute office supplies and non-production low-value consumables.
- You will manage onboarding preparation for new employees.
- You will manage maintenance of printers and copiers, meeting room audio-visual equipment and meeting booking arrangement.
<4.You> will manage receiving, dispatching and statistics of mails, express parcels and tickets.
- You will arrange and optimize office layout.
- You will organize and implement staff activities.
- You will conduct administrative procurement, and handle corporate mobile network, communication and group number services.
- You will supervise cleaning services and cleaning vehicle maintenance, staff canteen, company vehicles and office supplies for vehicle fleet.
- You will manage factory facilities and gate security.
- You will inspect all electronic monitoring points in the factory.
- You will inspect access control devices regularly and report faults for timely repair.
- You will manage application, adjustment, planning and allocation of parking spaces.
- You will ensure unobstructed passage inside the factory premises.
- You will participate in signing contracts for house leasing, property management and greening services.
- You will complete other tasks assigned by the manager.
- You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Administration, Business Administration or other related fields.
- At least two years of work experience in administrative or secretarial roles, with the required awareness of quality, safety and environmental protection.
- Familiar with administrative work processes, and have an understanding of general business issues. Be able to coordinate work across various departments to ensure the smooth and normal operation of the company.
- Proficient in both written and oral expression in Mandarin and English.
- Skilled in operating computers, email and other office software.
- Ability to work independently and strictly keep the company's commercial secrets. Possess an open mind, strong adaptability, and the ability to work under pressure. Good at cross-departmental communication and coordination, willing to take on new challenges, and have excellent organizational skills.
