About The Role

  1. You will support the capacity evaluation, resource optimization, continuous improvement of production efficiency, assist production line to solve problems.
  2. You will establish standard working hours and personnel quota as the basis for efficiency improvement and cost evaluation also will plan factory layout, optimize logistics, improve space utilization, optimize pipeline logistics and process.
  3. You will improve working mode and line balance to increase working efficiency, conduct operational analysis, process analysis, and identify standardized processes to improve management efficiency.
  4. You will improve process and tooling to improve production efficiency and quality.
  5. You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

  7. You hold a bachelor's degree or above in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial preferred).
  8. Proven track record of successful process improvement and optimization projects, strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and statistical process control (SPC).
  9. Well-versed in work measurement, stopwatch time study and Standard Time (ST), familiar with 5S, TPM, the 7 wastes, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), etc.
  10. Experienced in creating SOPs, Work Instructions (WI), workstation optimization, manpower rationalization, etc., skilled in CAD/Visio for drawing production line layouts, process flowcharts, material flow diagrams, etc.
  11. Capable of basic data analysis and efficiency/uptime rate calculation, experience with production line design simulation tools is a plus.
  12. Clear logical thinking, Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  13. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  14. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
