About The Role

  1. You will establish and maintain the engineering digital transformation guideline on HUB engineering level.
  2. You work closely with BU/GPG/HUB IT and BPO team to support factory to develop proper digital process.
  3. You will lead the improvement of engineering process as per BU strategy of digital transformation.
  4. You guide local engineering team to establish and maintain PLM(Product Lifecycle Management) platform.
  5. You work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and efficient end-to-end engineering process.
  6. You introduce or share the best practice cross HUBs/Factories in terms of digital transformation.
  7. You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

  9. You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in project management or computer science technology.
  10. Strong team leadership and teamwork with cross-functional communications and influential skills.
  11. Customer focused; Knowledge of general electrical/mechanical design.
  12. Familiar with engineering process of quotation, design, design change, archive, etc., knowledge of project management and execution.
  13. Knowledge of IT technology, familiar with product life management and self-motivated, energized, and results oriented.
  14. Creative thinking with demonstrated analytical skills and structured work approach.
  15. Ability to work independently toward timely completion of a variety of assignments.
  16. Willingness to travel; Fluent in English (both speaking and writing).
