Manufacturing Production Process Engineering Experienced Professional

About The Role

  1. You will analyze manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement in terms of efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality also will design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes, equipment, and tooling.
  2. You will conduct process capability studies and statistical process control (SPC) to monitor and maintain process stability also lead root cause analysis for production issues and implements corrective and preventive actions.
  3. You will collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to ensure seamless integration of new products and processes.
  4. You will develop and update manufacturing process documentation, including work instructions, process flowcharts, and control plans also train production personnel on new processes and equipment.
  5. You will participate in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives, evaluate and select appropriate manufacturing technologies and materials also ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.
  6. You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

  8. You hold a bachelor's degree or above in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial preferred).
  9. Proven track record of successful process improvement and optimization projects.
  10. Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and statistical process control (SPC).
  11. Experience with CAD/CAM software and simulation tools is a plus.
  12. Fast learner with clear logical thinking, strong self-learning ability, good at absorbing new professional knowledge, summarizing experience and applying it to practical problem solving.
  13. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  14. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  15. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
