About The Role

  1. You will be responsible for the daily operation monitoring, routine maintenance, fault troubleshooting and on-site management of production line turnover, displacement and special mechanical equipment. Ensure the long-term stable operation of production equipment, reduce mechanical failure downtime, and guarantee continuous and efficient production rhythm.
  2. You will independently complete mechanical structure design, scheme demonstration and parameter optimization for turnover and displacement equipment on the production line. Combine production process requirements to carry out innovative improvement of mechanical structure, optimize equipment motion logic and mechanical performance, and improve production efficiency and equipment compatibility.
  3. You will formulate and implement targeted preventive maintenance plans and regular inspection standards for special mechanical production equipment. Promote the revision and issuance of equipment maintenance documents, strengthen on-site supervision of maintenance work, and continuously optimize equipment management and maintenance system processes.
  4. You will conduct in-depth root cause analysis of mechanical equipment failures such as jamming, structural deformation and transmission failure of turnover and displacement equipment. Summarize maintenance and improvement cases, compile professional maintenance analysis reports, and put forward targeted corrective and optimization schemes to avoid repeated failures and extend equipment service life.
  5. You will undertake the whole lifecycle management of special mechanical equipment, including equipment filing, regular inspection, annual verification, qualification audit and safety compliance management. Strictly abide by national special equipment safety regulations and industrial mechanical standards to ensure all special equipment operates within compliance.
  6. You will manage mechanical spare parts and wearing parts for production equipment, including establishing spare parts account, regular inventory counting, procurement demand coordination and standardized storage management. Sort out and maintain mechanical drawings, maintenance records, equipment SOP and other technical documents, and provide professional training for operators on mechanical equipment standard operation, daily maintenance and risk prevention.
  7. You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

  9. You hold a bachelor’s degree or above, major in Mechanical Design, Mechanical Engineering or related mechanical majors.
  10. More than 5 years of working experience in mechanical equipment design, maintenance and on-site management; rich practical experience in production line turnover and displacement mechanical equipment; familiar with L6S on-site management system, and those with special equipment management experience are preferred.
  11. Familiar with national special equipment safety supervision regulations and mechanical industry standards; holding relevant special equipment operation and management certificates is preferred.
  12. Proficient in mechanical structure design and drawing software; possess outstanding mechanical fault diagnosis, structural analysis and problem-solving capabilities; have independent R&D innovation thinking, able to optimize equipment structure and upgrade technical scheme according to production pain points; skilled in common office software.
  13. Self-driven, proactive and logical in thinking; have strong on-site emergency response capability and execution; able to independently complete equipment design, maintenance and rectification tasks with high quality; optimistic in personality, good team communication ability, and capable of quickly adapting to production site working environment.
