About The Role

You will participate in the development of new products and technologies, develop process standards and equipment requirements, follow up and support production processes.
You work closely with global process experts to promote development and application of new processes, materials, and equipment.
You will evaluate machine capacity, plan and promote fixed assets investment also optimize production layout, process flow, production standards and equipment to improve safety, quality, and productivity, and reduce operational costs.
You will process review before production starts to highlight the crucial requirements during manufacturing process and handover to production relative departments.
You will identify potential issues and risks during production, provide solutions.
You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

You hold a bachelor's degree or above, Electrical, High voltage engineering, Mechanical or equivalent.
Experience in power transformers is preferred.
English grade 4 or above, good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
Good communication, coordination skills and responsible, careful and proactive.
